WINDOW TINTER – SUBCONTRACTOR

Dent Solution FX, Napa’s premier automotive reconditioning company, is seeking an experienced Window Tinter to join our team as a subcontractor. As a subcontractor, you will install STEK Carbon Ceramic Performance Film on our client’s vehicles.

Dent Solution FX offers premier automotive reconditioning services, including high-end paint protection, restoration, and detailing. Based in Napa at 739 & 775 8th St., we provide top-quality services that enhance vehicle aesthetics, value, and longevity.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Join us as a subcontractor Window Tinter and take charge of your own projects. This position empowers you to develop entrepreneurial skills, including filing for a business license, managing taxes, and setting your schedule. Each completed job increases your earnings, enabling you to grow your income based on job performance.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

• Entrepreneurial Experience: Training on how to manage taxes, secure a business license, and navigate subcontracting.
• Flexible Earnings: Earn 30%-35% per job, with average job compensation between $700-$2000, allowing you to maximize income with each project.
• Hands-on Training: A 30-day paid training period on high-end projects, allowing you to enhance your tinting skills and learn about premium STEK Carbon Ceramic Film.

SKILLS NEEDED

• At least two years of window tinting experience
• Familiarity with STEK Carbon Ceramic Performance Film is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and customer service
