ROLE OVERVIEW

As a subcontractor Automotive Detailer with Dent Solution FX, you’ll have the freedom to shape your work as an independent contractor. This role offers the unique opportunity to grow as a small business owner, manage your own projects, and increase earnings with each job completed. Ideal candidates are self-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how to build a business while enhancing their skills in automotive detailing.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

SKILLS NEEDED
  • Proficiency in interior and exterior automotive detailing
  • Experience with orbital polishers, sanding, and ceramic applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
COMPENSATION

The compensation for this position depends on experience and ranges between $15-$30 per hour.

ON-THE-JOB TRAINING

We believe in hiring the right candidate and training them to become a master technician who can manipulate paint surfaces. You will be trained by our master technician with over three decades of experience. The on-the-job training will include learning the art of detailing, sanding surfaces, panel matching, orange peel, ceramic applications, interior carpet extraction, and more.

CONTRACTOR BENEFITS
